Fletcher's exhibition Observation/Contemplation also offers various explorations of the human form through ceramic sculpture. Working from life models, which has been integral to Fletcher's practice for many years, she creates small-scale ceramic sculptures (3D sketches). This dedication to working from life models is a part of her continued development of technical facility. Fletcher values her work with life models also for other nuanced reasons and has built significant trust and unique rapport with several models over time.
